100 acres of hinterland country. Lemonade Fruit, Mashona cattle, Dorper sheep, and one solar-powered cabin off the grid.
800 Lemonade trees. A herd of Mashonas. One eco cabin tucked into the hinterland — around the corner from Clunes.
Come up the drive for a juice, a jar of limoncello, or a quiet weekend off the grid.
We planted the first 200 trees in 2016. Today the orchard runs to 800. Harvest happens in May.
The Lemonade fruit is a hybrid — the sweetness of a mandarin with the punch of a lemon. We press without sugar or water. We distil the limoncello from peel and juice. No shortcuts.
A solar-powered cabin for two. Hot water, compost loo, a basic kitchen, and a BBQ for under the stars. Pet-friendly for trained pets.
Wake to the view over the hinterland. Walk to Minyon Falls. Drive ten minutes to Clunes for coffee. Come back when you're done.
Heat, tick, and parasite resistant. Docile temperament. Easy calving. Premium marbling. Built for the country we farm in.
We breed black Mashona bulls for commercial cross-breeding programs across Northern NSW — strong hybrid vigour, hardy genetics, exceptional handling.
Our Dorpers graze alongside the Mashona herd — hardy, low-maintenance, and well-suited to the hinterland country. Quiet companions on the daily farm walk.
The hinterland punches above its weight. A festival, a market, a film, a paddock-side gig — all within an hour of the cabin.
And every weekend — The Channon ten minutes up the road, Bangalow on the fourth Sunday, Mullum Farmers on Fridays.
Rosebank, in the Byron Bay hinterland. Around the corner from the greatest town on earth — Clunes, NSW.
